BOOKING FEES
65 EUR additional fee per Booking (Welcome Pack + Final Cleaning).
A refundable deposit of 250 EUR for damages, breakages, keys and remote controls is required before arrival and returned after departure.
Available from 10am on the day of arrival to 6pm on the day of departure (early check-ins and late check-outs upon request subject to confirmation).

PRIVATE AIRPORT TRANSFERS
For your convenience, we can organize you a private airport transfer to the apartment for 25 EUR (+5 EUR from 23h00 to 7h00) to be paid directly to the driver.
Door to door, regardless the number of people and how much luggage. This will be cheaper and more comfortable than hiring a taxi at the airport.
The driver will be waiting for you at the arrival lounge with a sign with your name on it, and help you with your luggage.
After a long travel process, from the luggage packing to the arrival at the destination, particularly after a long flight, you will enjoy having one less thing to worry about, have a smooth check-in and warm welcoming.

Get the smallest car possible. Streets in towns are narrow and parkings spaces are often tight.
You can use our private parking space free of charge – for a small car.
On the day you arrive, you may think of spending the rest of the day in Funchal centre to do some shopping. We recommend you to use the bus, avoiding the traffic and the limited parking on the downtown.
If you decide this way, it may be wise to postpone for the next day to get the car, avoiding the unpredictable time on long queue waits at the airport car rental desks, plus the time to fill out the paperwork and the car inspection.
